This is a weekend aimed at bringing together women who want to expand and grow in their creativity and have a natural calling to connect with their heart essence and nature. Kat Ballam is a transformational coach who works with women to unleash their gifts and step into shameless openness and connection. Kathy Elwand is a creative facilitator who works internationally to tap people into their always present creative potential. Together we will be taking you through a playful and loving process to dissolve fears and empower your innate brilliance.

Expect to step into play, fearlessness, inner listening, deep nature connection, the Devine feminine, openness to community, and openness to self, all in the environment of the forest, sea and beauty of Cornwall.

The price includes a FREE coaching call after the retreat to follow up and support you to integrate your insights into your life.

Would you like to share your skills and passion and learn from others?  This is a weekend aimed at bringing together like-minded facilitators who want to expand and grow in their work and practice. As well as having structured sessions for knowledge and skills sharing, we’ll also be making time for wild swimming, campfires, games, foraging and green woodwork.

Price: £65 per person for two days and two nights, including food.

Sailing and Wild Camping – Exploring Wild Food and Wild Creativity

Come and enjoy a magical weekend sailing in Cornwall – with a difference. Not only will you get to enjoy the coast by sail but we’ll be offering workshops on foraging and preparing wild food from the area, as well as guiding you through fun games and activities in the evening that will spark your creative juices and leave you empowered and inspired.

We’ll have a go at wild swimming, we’ll be wild camping, preparing food on the beach and reconnecting with nature.

Price: £150 per person for two days and one nights, including food.
